• Moderntec Co., Ltd. was established in April 2003 and converted into a corporation in July 2006, starting with the factory automation (FA) business, and started the charger business based on the original patent for power distribution and distributed charging devices in 2011.

• In 2015, certified a new technology (NET) for power sharing. In 2017, selected as a charger operator by the Ministry of Environment and developed a wireless charging robot system. 

• In 2020, signed MOUs with several overseas companies regarding electric ships and drone chargers development. In 2021, captured 80% of the Korean E-BUS charging market and has maintained it till today.
