The company was born in July, 1967 in the name of ‘Daedong Plating Industry’ specializing in metal surface treatment such as acid zinc plating, acid zinc nickel alloy plating, electric coating, powder coating, anodizing and silkscreen printing for vehicle and heavy equipment parts. In May, 2000, the company was reborn with the new name of ‘Daedongsa’ and conversion to a corporation. Under the company motto of “sincerity & diligence, fulfillment of responsibility and unity & harmony”, the company has acquired continuous growth from surface treatment for Hyundai Mobis’ vehicle parts through obtaining numerous certifications ever since it started business. Since 2013, in particular, the company has succeeded in mass production of caliper red painting for automobile brakes for the 3rd time in the world. Based on the solid technological competence, the company is still growing as the most competitive company in the related industry in Korea.
